This is a Thai Appetizer recipe called Chicken Satay. It took me only and few ingredients and 10 Minutes of cooking time. Believe me you will find this recipe dead easy and  tasty recipe. It is sweet, and a bit spicy, fresh and vibrant. I love every bit of it! Try it and share your views about the recipe.

8 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts, boneless beef sirloin steak or boneless pork chops, cut into thin strips.

  • Bamboo skewers
